Family Model

Show me a parent that does not want their child to read.Perhaps the greatest impact we can have will happen in homes! What needs to be in place to help children learn? Willing children, responsible and motivated parent(s), and good content.

We are teaming up with religious organizations that can help provide the structure to implement this model. It only takes one person in the home who can read.

We provide a program and training to a family. Once they are reading, the program is passed on to the next family. This model has promise, as many adults in third-world countries cannot read. We have found that if we can get 10 families committed to do the program, 6 of them end up having success. We will take 60%…which is better than many areas in the US!
